Meh felt like doing a project so this is what I'm gonna do:
Find cards that can actually help this meta that most people would stay away from,
Or just don't know about.
So lets start things off

Good Goblin Housekeeping (or good goblin housewife if you are german. Fun Fact):

This baby lets you get at most a +2 which is like a pot of greed.

Pros:
Lets you retuyrn cards from your hand to the bottom of your deck. Good for returning dinos to the deck for rabbit players.
Lets you draw
You can chain to MST or other spell trap control cards
Great for bluffing. (Bluffing works best in real life. If you play someone often say 'mirror force says hi' then they hit it with mst and when you do have mirror force they won't mst.)

Cons:
Trap so you cant use right away
you may have nothing you want to return to the deck
You need more than one in order to make it of any real use.
Can cause dead draws later in the duel.

Verdict:
You'd need three to really make it work so you wouldn't really have any other draw cards.
The deck that would benifit most from the card would be rabbit just because they would be able to get rid off one of their Dinos
Other than that Wind-ups would be able to drop an unusable rat or an inzektor centipede you want to bring out with dragonfly.
Speaking of wind-ups you could drop a card in response to the loop for use later. This would probably only work if it was a searchable card though, since the bottom of the deck is usually a long ways off.
So really the card can be really really good. Or it could be really really bad. Depending on the situation.,

that card dosnt seem to bad its just havin 3 in a deck can clug ur deck up a bit mite give it a try though

This card is a continuous trap that can destroy up to two of you opponent's monsters.
plus it does not start a chain upon activation so stuff like Stardust CANNOT negate it.

Pros:
Destruction happens when a target is removed from the field so it works when you xyz or synchro.
Can be chained to MST to destroy cards.
Can target either your or your opponents monster so you can use this to destroy one of your opponents cards when they attack one of yours.

Con:
Trap so can't be used right away
Can only target attack position monsters
They can chain book of moon so that only one card is targeted.

Verdict:
This meta is all about xyz so this card can be really easy to use successfully.
That and everyone runs 3 mst so its fun to get to destroy two of your opponents cards in the process.
Inzektors can use this to target 2 cards then pop it with hornet to get two monsters destroyed instead of one.
This can help to minimize the damage from the wind-up loopby equiping it to maighty and rat.

Just like book of moon but on a larger scale, and a downside.

Pros:
Shuts down all of your opponents monsters
Quick Spell so use it whenever

Cons:
Your opponent draws a card for each monster they have.

Verdict:
In the current meta where everything relies on the first normal summon each turn this card can actually be useful.
It is basically Book of Moon for all monsters.
Your opponent drawing more cards can hurt you a bit though but that won't matter until the next turn since it happens at the end phase.
Veiler is really the only thing you would have to worry about when using this.
If you know that an opponents first summon will lead to more summons use it right away to minimize hand advantage they get.

This can stop people from swarming you

Pros:
Your opponent can't have more monsters than you
continuous spell

Cons:
pointless if you summon a lot of monsters
if you don't have any monsters it doesn't apply

Verdict:
If your playing against a deck like wind-ups this could shut them down completely.
No xyz or anything.
Otherwise it just hinders you opponent.
If you have a card like spirit reaper ot you can stall for a while.

This can make your card immune to a lot.

Pros:
Keeps your cards safe
Can remove your opponents monsters from play

Cons:
can remove your monsters from play

Verdict:
The deck that would benifit most from this would be Ninjas just because of white dragon ninja.
However ninjas aren't meta so the META deck that benifits the most would be inzektors just because they can pop it.
Why would they want to use hornet on this though? For cards like tiras that can't be destroyed. This banishes them.

Makes everybody remove one from their hand in order to special summon

Pros:
makes your opponent think twice about summoning a lot of monsters

Cons:
You have to remove monsters too

Verdict:
Wind-ups and Inzektors can really make this a doozy of a card.
Wind-ups have the loop so their opponents couldn't do much anyway
Inzektors can just pop this whenever they want to make moves.
Rabbit can use this too but its not as effective. Dollka helper not much else.

Ever notice how every meta deck gets a ton of stuff out really fast?
This helps solve that. Usually

Pros:
Sends cards to the grave until your opponent only has 5 on field or in hand
You can avoid it by only having 5 cards or less

Cons:
Your opponent gets to choose what they send
You may have to send cards

Verdict:
Recently I've been messing around with inzektors and made some really interesting comboes.
Some of which I will reveal at a later date.
If you have 6 cards total you can use this to send a hornet thats on the field to the grave for dragonfly or centipede's effect, during your opponents turn.
This may not seem that useful but first turn when your opponent has noting you can destroy this helps.
Also you can use this with Mantis and Calibur to get free stuff, whenever you want.
