as we know we need more staff that stays active so anyone that is known as staf that isnt active will be replaced wth a more active member this is to enshure this academy runs smoothy

you are zombieking, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. you still have to rank up to Gem-Knight Dorm, which also leads me to possible requirements of Staff Recruiting. I suggest only people of the Gem-Knight dorm can apply for staff positions, if there are any open. This, because of the requestspam we'd otherwise get, and as an aid to have ppl rank up. Gives them a motive.
