new system update

I come before all my members n staf. Since im testing out a system i came up myself. this system is LVs with in a dorm im thinkin of 3LVs 4 if u include the dorm itself wth brings me through this problem to test members r just simply to put em to the bottom dorm n let every one rank up that way

Well if it gets people to actively participate great.
So what's the system? (may or may not have posted that already but it might be a good idea to have it here anyway. Or a link.)
